How Kerry turned back the clock

Closer (UK) - - Exclusive Interview -

She was just 18 when she shot to fame in Atomic Kitten but, almost 20 years on, Kerry seems to have barely aged. The star has worked extremely hard to look this good, making exercise and healthy eating a priority. She tells us, “Alongside yoga, I do a lot of Crossfit training. Exercise is the biggest antidepressant. I’m going through a divorce, I’ve had really difficult times, but exercise keeps me happy. I’m off my bipolar medication now and exercise is one of the best buzzes you can get.” She adds, “Eat what you want – just make sure there’s a balance.” Best pal Ampika Pickston has also introduced Kerry to weight-loss plan The Skinny Revolution, which helps clients lose weight with hormone injections, worth £1,000 a month. While she’s turned her back on surgery now, Kerry – who has previously had lipo – underwent a breast reduction in 2008, going from a 34GG to a 34DD, as well as a tummy tuck in 2016. Kerry’s been open about her love of Botox since she began using it in 2010, and wouldn’t rule it out in the future, saying, “I’ve got a baby face so I’ve got quite good skin naturally, but I like a bit of Botox here and there.”
