How much do you spend per week?

Since lockdown, around £200. My boyfriend, James [Dunmore], and I aren’t going out for meals. I get my shopping delivered so I’ve avoided going into stores.

Describe your daily diet...

I turned vegetarian when I was six, but in 2015, I cut dairy, too, and started following a vegan diet. It was probably the best decision I’ve ever made – I’ve felt so much healthier since. I’m also intermittently fasting, so my first meal is at 12pm. We start with a vegan protein shake with frozen fruit, vegan protein, soy milk and flaxseed. Lunch is a stir-fry with tofu, veg and rice. For dinner, it’s a pasta dish, like vegan Bolognese.

What do you snack on?

ZENB veggie sticks, usually the red pepper ones, or rice crackers with peanut butter.

Is there anything you refuse to eat?

Aside from meat and dairy, I avoid coriander, and onions are a big no for me.

Favourite tipple?

I love water, but if I fancy a sugary drink, I’d go for a San Pellegrino pomegranate, and if it’s alcoholic, a glass of Chase rosé.

Usual takeaway order?

Pizza, with vegan cheese, seitan [a meat alternative], truffle oil and mushrooms.

Favourite treat?

Chocolate, or a pack of Crosstown doughnuts, as they have a vegan selection.
