Since the lifting of the lockdown freeze on property sales in mid-May, the market is revving up again. The government’s new guidelines say that initial viewings should be online and any subsequent visits kept to one agent and a maximum of two adults from the buyer’s household. Vendors are responsible for cleaning surfaces and handles before and after any visit. However, if any member of either household is showing Coronavirus symptoms, the advice is to delay the viewing.
