Crop and reorder your scanned documents

The latest version of the free app Adobe Scan has added some handy new features that let you edit and manage your scans. Install and open the app ( Android www.snipca.com/28131; IOS www.snipca.com/28132), then log in using your Facebook or Google account.

Now simply point your camera at the page you want to scan. The app will automatically detect and scan it. Tap the scanned item to open it. You’ll now see six buttons along the bottom (see screenshot right).

From left to right, they let you take another scan if you’re not happy with the first; reorder your scans by tapping and dragging them; crop your scan by dragging the buttons at its corners; rotate your scan by 90 degrees; select a scan mode – Original Photo, Auto Colour, Grayscale or Whiteboard; and delete your scan. When you’re happy with your changes, tap Save PDF at the top right and share it using any compatible apps.
