Where to take pho­tos around Pad­stow at a glance

Trevose Head can be dra­matic in a storm, also the nearby lifeboat house is dra­matic.

Hawker’s Cove is pretty and a walk out to Stepper Point is good for dra­matic coastal views.

The coast path from Pad­stow to Hawker’s Cove is very beau­ti­ful with far-reach­ing views over the mouth of the Camel Es­tu­ary.

The har­bour area in Pad­stow is pho­to­genic as are the back streets of the town.

There are a num­ber of boat trips in­clud­ing the Ju­bilee Queen and Pad­stow Sea Life Sa­faris which can be great for wildlife and coastal scenery.

Catch a ferry to Rock and ex­plore the dunes where there are but­ter­flies and flow­ers, and it isn’t too far to walk to St En­odoc Church, the burial place of Sir John Bet­je­man.

Walk, or cy­cle, along the Camel Trail to­wards Wade­bridge for some pic­turesque es­tu­ary views.
