LIVING THE CORNISH DREAM

Cornwall Life - - MAKING THE MOVE -

Moving from London to Cornwall is a huge lifestyle change. I asked Brigid how she would compare the two: “I think in London, life felt much more compartmentalised and required more travel and planning. Living and working in the village means that everything flows much more easily,” she says. “We are much more aware of the weather. We still have routines but we also seem to have more flexibility and can be more spontaneous. In London, the culture is that everyone has to rush around and look busy. Here, if it’s a lovely day, no one would think badly of you for taking time out to enjoy it if you can.”

Of course starting up a new business is time-consuming, particularly over the summer months in the case of The Hub.
