FULLY CHARGED How more sex now will help you in 10 years
We’ve all heard the rumours that sex goes from ‘10 out of 10’ to ‘bed by 10pm’ the longer you’re with someone. Unless, that is, you set the ‘sex bar’ high from the word go. After analysing over 90,000 women, the University of Georgia found that, while the longer a couple has been married, the less frequently they have sex (no sh*t), the decline is directly proportional to the amount they had when they first tied the knot. So if, in your first year of marriage, you have sex on average, let’s say, twice a week, 10 years later, you’ll be doing it three times a month. But those who started out having sex four or more times a week were still at it two to three times each week after a decade of marriage. Proof that hard work does pay off.
