TAKE YOUR TEA IN THE SWINGING SIXTIES
The Orangery by Searcys at Blenheim Palace has launched the LP Pink T, a swinging ’60s afternoon tea in honour of Laurent-perrier’s Cuvée Rosé. The new menu was exclusively created by Searcys’ Culinary Director, chef Darren Deadman to mark the occasion. Using vintage vinyl LPS as place mats, the tea features 1960s-inspired treats such as prawn cocktail layered millefeuille and spiced pineapple upside down cake. Sweet treats in all shades of pink include Laurent-perrier Cuvée Rosé jelly and strawberry macaroons. The LP Pink T will be available until September 30 and costs £42 per person including a glass of Laurentperrier Cuvée Rosé.
