Framing is on everyone’s wish list right now, thanks to a growing interest in Crittall-style windows. The trend, which has also found its way onto shower enclosures, has been adopted in a unique way by Kitchen Architecture Wilmslow to create a see-through pantry area. The trick with this style is to keep things tidy – open shelves, hanging hooks and extra worktop space are all incorporated. On the floor, the area is mapped out by porcelain tiles designed by Patricia Urquiola, in a lively mix-and-match pattern to accentuate the framing.
