An alternative way to present brownies is to wrap them individually. Choose different printed papers that combine colours and motifs, and use baker's twine to wrap them up. Cut out the amount of paper that you need to cover the brownie portion, allowing sufficient margin to join the ends. Cut several strips of baker's twine and tie the paper up with several knots. You can allow the string to hang down on each side to give them a more relaxed feel. To add a little extra touch, add a dry rosebud tied with a further strip of the baker's twine. You will surprise your guests with this delicate wrapping made especially for the occasion, and the brownie will feel that little more delicious! Create your own tea bag labels. Cut some cardboard in the shape of a label, stamp them with a rubber stamp, make a hole at the top, remove the original label and attach yours instead.
