40 Floral Notes

The month in flowers

What's blooming?

Although roses are the birth flower of June and are plentiful in gardens, you can't fail to admire the glorious beauty of peonies. Available in many shades of pink, from powdery to shocking, and also white, they create a truly spectacular display both in the garden and in a vase. If in a vase, make sure no foliage falls below the water line and you should refill the vase (and re-cut the stems) even 2 to 3 days. Try and keep them in the fridge over night to prolong the blooms.

Summer Tables

Be inspired to create a fun table setting with colourful tableware and combine very different designs such as these Mariefleur with Rose Cottage. Add freshness with flowers and a palm leaf instead of an underplate gives the table an exotic touch, perfect for summer.
