DECOREX, Londonõs longest-running interior-design show, returns to Syon Park for four days next month (September 18Ð21). This yearõs theme is Ôthe roots of designõ and the entrance hall will be curated by furniture designer Tim Gosling and celebrates Ôthe Heritage of Chair Makingõ.
As well as more than 400 exhibitors (look out for our guide in the September 14 number), the show has a busy seminar programme, including several events hosted by our new Interiors Editor, Giles Kime, and a variety of others featuring design luminaries such as Nicky Haslam, Nina Campbell, Ben Pentreath and Suzy Hoodless.
For a restorative lunch with views over the Capability Brown-designed parkland, head to the Decorex Syon Estate restaurant in association with COUNTRY LIFE. The show is open to the general public on Tuesday, September 20 and tickets cost £30 (www.decorex.com)
