Cut 2 radic­chio into quar­ters, wrap each piece in pro­sciutto and ar­range snugly in an oven­proof dish. Pour in sea­soned dou­ble cream, top with grated Parme­san and bake in a hot oven for 15 min­utes be­fore serv­ing.
