Friends Anne Fen­wick and Shelly Dodds thought that adding sea salt to Jersey’s rich cream and but­ter would be the first step to cre­at­ing de­li­cious food, so they joined forces in 2015 to launch La Crémière—and have thus far sold 30,000 bot­tles of their lus­cious Jersey Salted Caramel Sauce, the recipe for which is a closely guarded se­cret.
