Save our structures
NOminations are now open for the Victorian society’s 2017 top 10 endangered Buildings campaign, a yearly undertaking aimed at saving historic edifices.
You can propose a threatened Victorian or edwardian building by emailing media@victoriansociety. org.uk or by posting a letter to 1, Priory gardens, london W4 1tt, with brief details of the building(s) and at least one photo, on or before July 7. Buildings must be in england or Wales and have been built between 1837 and 1914 to be considered and listed buildings have a higher chance of making it onto the list. the charity’s architecture and conservation experts will then shortlist 10 for the heightened publicity that might just save them. the results will be announced on september 13.
