Pre­pare a globe ar­ti­choke and cook the heart. Coarsely chop it and mix with fresh basil, gar­lic and herb cream cheese. Add a driz­zle of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and a lit­tle zest and serve with crusty bread.
