It’s all white
WE wondered if your readers might be interested to see the white squirrel living in our guesthouse garden at Craigatin House & Courtyard, Pitlochry.
A regular visitor to our feeders since the summer, this squirrel is literally one in a million. Wildlife spotters think there’s a very exclusive club of squirrels with a mutated gene causing leucism, which means they have white fur, but not the red eyes associated with albinism. We think he or she is fantastic and need to thank one of our guests, Mr Alan C. Tough, for the pictures. Martin Anderson, Perthshire
