The study by Ten­ovus Cancer Care and the Royal Col­lege of Mu­sic in­ves­ti­gated the ef­fects on cancer pa­tients, and sug­gested choral singing could put pa­tients in a good po­si­tion to re­ceive treat­ment or main­tain re­mis­sion. But singing can help us all. It gets more oxy­gen into the blood and in­creases lev­els of feel­good hor­mones.
