Mantis keeps gardening enthusiasts happy with new range
Mantis garden tools
MANTIS, which sells garden power tools, has introduced a new range of products and accessories to help smallholders and keen gardeners enhance and easily take care of their gardens.
Mantis believes that the garden is an extraordinary place which allows people to express their creativity and to totally relax. And in this special place, everything is imagined, conceived, maintained and recycled. You can create your flower beds or a vegetable garden, design lawn areas, sculpt hedges — whatever takes your creative fancy. You can also maintain them by trimming, cutting and scarifying and then you can use your grass cuttings and your crushed branches and leaves as mulching to prevent the weeds from growing back too fast. A compost can also be produced which will feed the next plantings — and so the cycle starts again. Remember that whatever you spend on your garden is not a cost, but rather an investment in health, peace of mind and the value of your property.
The new Mantis range includes three electric cordless products — available with or without long-life lithium batteries and charger interchangeable with the other products — plus an electric shredder and a wooden box set of sowing and planting tools.
The cordless 40V lawnmower weighs only 20.4kg and features four double ballbearing wheels for easy movement and a mulching kit to create drought protection and free natural fertiliser via a 50l box.
The handy 40V hedge-trimmer, which weighs in at just 3kg, gives 80 minutes of usage with a 180-degree swivel. It is fitted with numerous safety devices, including a hand protection panel, auto electric stop and storage sheath. In turn, the 40V blower eliminates sweeping or raking by virtue of variable speeds and ergonomic design with anti-slip coating and balanced weight.
Meanwhile, the quick and quiet 3000w shredder significantly reduces garden waste and recycles it as mulch or compost material, creating a healthier environment and saving money.
All tools are complemented by the neat wooden box of traditional sowing and planting garden tools with FSC certification. It contains dibblers, tampers for square pots or seed trays, 20m of jute twine for sowing or planting and a paper potter to make cups.
The new range of Mantis garden power tools will help smallholders to enhance their gardens
