What’s the best thing that’s happened to you through doing your 1000 miles? Realised I have developed a CAN-DO attitude. I’m overweight and asthmatic yet have beaten what I achieved last year, AND lost some weight, AND improved my breathing! Any words of wisdom? The third quarter of a walk is the hardest, don’t eat all your jelly babies before lunch!
