I spend an hour arranging content for the week, using the schedule option on Facebook, which can be found where you add an update. The blue box that says ‘publish’ also has a down arrow next to it. Click on this, and the schedule option will appear. Also, look at page insights to find what time of day your posts gets the best interaction.
