Facebook fanatic

Craftseller - - Q&a - STEPHANIE COLLINS, GRIMSBY

I find myself wasting more and more time on my Facebook account under the guise of pretending to work! I’m worried about the impact this is having on actual productivity. How do I find the right balance? JOANNE SAYS: There is the ‘ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes in the evening’ rule that you could try. Using the scheduling facilities available on Facebook is a great time management tool, too. I spend an hour arranging content for the week, using the schedule option on Facebook, which can be found where you add an update. The blue box that says ‘publish’ also has a down arrow next to it. Click on this, and the schedule option will appear. Also, look at page insights to find what time of day your posts gets the best interaction.
