Wireless PC control

How to power on or reset your PC with a wireless remote.
There are a few reasons to control your PC’s power and reset buttons wirelessly. If your PC sits under a desk, or at the far side of one, wireless control can be highly convenient. You might also want to remove your case’s front panel and do away with the buttons, perhaps for aesthetic reasons or to make room for other components such as longer graphics cards or radiators.
Some cases simply lack a reset button as well, and adding wireless control gives you back that function. Some cases position the power button in a way that makes it easy to press accidentally too, resulting in swearing and banging of fists. Whatever your reason for wanting wireless control, SilverStone’s ES02-USB allows you reset or power on and off your PC from up to 20m away. We’ll be looking at how to install it, daisy chain it to your existing front panel, and also remove your case’s buttons and ports, fill them and paint over, giving the ES02-USB complete control over your PC.
