KO blow for Karius

LIVERPOOL goalkeeper Loris Karius has been ruled out for at least two months – after breaking his hand by accidentally punching a team-mate.

The £4.7million signing from Mainz, who was expected to start as Jurgen Klopp’s new No1, will miss the opening weeks of the season. Karius suffered the injury during the a US tour match against Chelsea in Los Angeles on Wednesday night, when he collided with Dejan Lovren.
