Real life: Long Lost Family, 9pm, ITV

Miriam Aragon only learned the identity of her father when she was 19. Two decades on she has turned to the Long Lost Family team for help in finding her Salvadorian father. The other story featured in this episode is that of Annie Sims (left) who was given up for adoption by a mother who decided to keep her older siblings. Over time her feelings have changed towards her birth mother and she wants to hear her side of the story. NB: NOT IN EIRE
