North Korea tests us again

Daily Express - - NEWS -

ANOTHER missile test by North Korea just days after the UN imposed sanctions on the rogue state has created fresh alarm worldwide. It was fired over Japan and led to air-raid sirens sounding which sent frightened civilians heading for bomb shelters.

The dangers of this situation escalating are obvious and frightening. It doesn’t help matters that the US is demanding that China does something while China says that the US is shirking its responsibilities. Meanwhile Russia condemns “aggressive” US rhetoric.

There has to be a united front if the madman in Pyongyang is going to pay any attention. As it is he must be rejoicing in the chaos and confusion that he has created.

It is vital that no country takes unilateral action against North Korea. That would be far too dangerous. The world’s most powerful nations must watch and wait and act with extreme caution.
