TESLA MODEL S

Daily Express - - TOTAL EV -

PRICE: from £60,000 The Model S is the car that put Tesla on the map. The five-door saloon has been in production for five years and is becoming an increasingly common sight on our roads.

As with its sister car, the Model X, prices for the Model S aren’t cheap. The entry-level 75 starts at £60,000, moving up to £126,900 for the P100D.

However, that price tag gets you a car with staggering performance: 0-60mph is dealt with in a supercar-crushing 2.5 seconds and it can carry on to an impressive 155mph.

PROS:

Blistering performance, luxurious interior and superior range.

CONS:

Expensive to buy, handling could be better and questionable build quality.
