TESLA MODEL X

Daily Express - - TOTAL EV -

PRICE: from £73,500 Think of the Model X (pictured left) as the Range Rover of the EV world – and with Tesla asking an eye-watering £73,500 for its entry-level 75D Model X it’s certainly at the premium end of the scale.

However, for that money you do get a high-tech SUV with the added bonus of Falcon Doors, which have to be seen to be believed.

Opt for the range-topping P100D version and you’ll also get Ferrari-rivalling performance in the form of a 0-60mph time of just 2.9 seconds.

That said, if you want that sort of power, be prepared to part with a fairly hefty £132,950.

PROS:

In a class of its own, optional seven-seat configuration and the impressive Falcon Doors.

CONS:

Vast size can make city driving stressful and it is incredibly expensive.
