Emmerdale’s evil Kim plans explosive 2019
EMMERDALE bad girl Kim Tate is back on the ITV show for good to wreak more havoc, bosses have revealed.
This week actress Claire King reprised her soap witch role after 19 years away from the ITV hit — only for Kim to land in jail for six months.
But the glamorous troublemaker will be back early next year.
Claire, 55, who played 1Kim from 1989 to 1999, said: "You knew she wasn't going to go away quietly.
"It's been great fun keeping it under wraps, but now she can really get down to business."
In dramatic scenes this week. Kim ordered the death of her step-grandson Joe Tate within hours of being freed from jail. She ended up rearrested and jailed again... but will soon be out.
Emmerdale executive producer Jane Hudson said: "Although Kim's initial return was fleeting, she caused such mischief and chaos that we simply couldn't resist bringing her back.
"Kim Tate is just getting warmed up for an explosive 2019 which will see her hell-bent on getting exactly what and who she wants?"
