One of the attractions of Coronation Street for me has always been that it’s a believable drama, but not recently. Robert’s vegetable order for the Bistro was six potatoes, four carrots and a few onions, Underworld’s been making the same knickers for three years and the salon never actually cuts anyone’s hair.
