7PM, BBC2 Nick Knowles heads to a detox and stress-relief resort in Thailand, which claims it will change his ‘inner space’. The process certainly involves some intimate flushing, but the rest is a bit hazy to Nick and co, who spend most of part one trying to understand what all this hippy ‘alternative therapy’ business involves.
