Shrove Tuesday is coming up, and some of us will mark the day with a pancake or two. Down in New Orleans, they call it Mardi Gras, and celebrate with much more than a bit of batter and a squeeze of lemon juice. There will be dancing, there will be processions and, above all, there will be music. Geoffrey plays us some of those traditional ‘fat Tuesday’ sounds on tonight’s show. SJ
