BERRY NICE

I’ve got mulberry trees dotted round my garden and as the weather starts to turn the fruit comes through. The trees are slow-growing but each one produces about 5kg (10-12lb) of fruit when fully grown. They’re great in crumbles and cobblers or with meat and game, especially grouse or venison. I freeze loads to last through the winter.
