Dog or cat? Dog. I have Baxter, a two-year-old Cavapoo, a cross between a poodle and a Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He’s lovely.

Sun or snow? The Caribbean sun. I’ve been to many of the islands. It’s so beautiful and laid back.

Beer or wine? I used to drink weak lager. Now I like a nice pinot grigio.

Madness or Metallica? My all-time favourite band is Madness. In 1979 when I was 16 their 2-Tone tour was launched and I loved it. Now they’re good friends of mine.

West Ham or Watford? I’m a big West Ham fan. My first game was in 1969 against Arsenal – but we lost. Quadrophenia or Quantum Of Solace? Quadrophenia. I grew up in the same area as one of the stars, Ray Winstone. He inspired me.
