HOW to get this en­vi­able physiques of the stars. This week: Jessica Biel’s shoul­ders

The To­tal Re­call star showed off per­fectly de­fined shoul­ders at a gala in Los An­ge­les. Jessica, 33, who is mar­ried to Justin Tim­ber­lake, has taken her re­turn to fit­ness care­fully since hav­ing a baby six months ago.

Pre­vi­ously, she did yoga, hik­ing, gym work­outs, weight-lift­ing and in­ter­val run­ning. Her post-baby ex­er­cise rou­tine is a toned-down ver­sion of all this, which she does with her per­sonal trainer three or four times a week.

WHAT TO TRY: Al­ter­nat­ing shoul­der press with twist. Hold a pair of dumb-bells or wa­ter bot­tles to your shoul­ders with el­bows bent and palms fac­ing the body, feet hip-width apart. Ro­tate torso to the right as you raise the dumb-bell in your left hand at a di­ag­o­nal above head. Re­turn to start po­si­tion, then ro­tate to left and raise the dumb-bell in your right hand. Re­peat 12 times on each side.
