The Total Recall star showed off perfectly defined shoulders at a gala in Los Angeles. Jessica, 33, who is married to Justin Timberlake, has taken her return to fitness carefully since having a baby six months ago.
Previously, she did yoga, hiking, gym workouts, weight-lifting and interval running. Her post-baby exercise routine is a toned-down version of all this, which she does with her personal trainer three or four times a week.
WHAT TO TRY: Alternating shoulder press with twist. Hold a pair of dumb-bells or water bottles to your shoulders with elbows bent and palms facing the body, feet hip-width apart. Rotate torso to the right as you raise the dumb-bell in your left hand at a diagonal above head. Return to start position, then rotate to left and raise the dumb-bell in your right hand. Repeat 12 times on each side.
