Capital, 9pm, BBC1 ‘I HATE to interrupt this heart-warmingslash-nauseating scene . . .’ In episode two of three, Arabella (Rachael Stirling) returns home to find Roger (Toby Jones) apparently less stressed than he has been in months, and attractive Hungarian nanny Matya (Zrinka Cvitesic, pictured right with Jones) installed in the spotless kitchen, where she’s helped the contented kids to bake cupcakes. Meanwhile, the Kamal brothers learn that their mother is planning to visit from Pakistan; and Smitty decides to reveal a big secret to his ailing grandmother. Terrific.
