WAYNE LOOKING SMILES BETTER

ENGLAND captain Wayne Rooney seems in great spirits after a chat with the squad’s sports psychiatrist Steve Peters (right). But Rooney and championships do not always go together so well. He was injured at Euro 2004, sent off in the World Cup in 2006, had a grumpy rant at booing fans at the 2010 World Cup and was banned for the first two games of Euro 2012 after being sent off in the last qualifier in Montenegro. Looks like Dr Peters has got Wayne in a happy place at last.
