THE last-ever episode of this tense U.S. thriller is a hunt for a serial killer and isn’t a neat affair. It does resolve the ‘will they/won’t they’ between investigators Beth and Jack, though. As potential TV couples go, they couldn’t have looked further apart back in episode one — she was paranoid, and he was immensely creepy.
