ANTONIO ADDS TO HAMMERS’ INJURY WOES
WEST HAM have been dealt a triple blow of long-term injuries to Michail Antonio, Winston Reid and Pedro Obiang. The trio all suffered the problems during West Ham’s defeat by Leicester City at the weekend. Midfielder Obiang rolled his ankle and is set to miss the rest of the season. Centre back Reid limped off in the 18th minute and will have a scan on a groin strain this week but faces up to six weeks out. Antonio (below) played the full match, but has withdrawn from Gareth Southgate’s England squad with a hamstring injury and is likely to be out for at least a month. West Ham are already without defender Angelo Ogbonna and winger Gokhan Tore (both knee), as well as striker Diafra Sakho (back).
