Perfect cuppa

MY PERFECT cup of tea is made with neither tea bags nor teapot (Mail). I slowly pour boiling water through a strainer with real leaf tea in it directly into the cup.

The result is a perfect infusion and no stewing. Afterwards, I flick the used leaves around my flower beds to improve their fertility. DAVE OVERTON, Willoughby, Lincs.
