HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Brooke Shields’ arms BROOKE SHIELDS, 52, displayed impressive­ly toned arms on the red carpet recently. The Blue Lagoon star says she stays in shape with spinning, yoga and dance classes.

WHAT TO TRY: The horizontal lift with weights is ideal for toning biceps. Holding a dumbbell or bottle of water in each hand, raise your arms out to the sides, palms facing up, until your elbows and hands are almost level with your shoulders.

Bend your elbows until your forearms are at 90 degrees, with the upper arms parallel to floor. Elbows should stay level with shoulders. Slowly straighten your arms back to the starting position. Repeat 12 times and perform the entire set two or three times.
