Jaws of Majorca wreaks terror . . . but turns out to be a bit of a tiddler!
TERRIFIED families fled as a blue shark swam towards them. With its dorsal fin slicing through the water it sparked pandemonium and closed the beach at Illetas close to Magaluf, Majorca, on Saturday. But when the shark, initially said to be 8ft long, was caught it turned out to be about as scary as a big sardine. Officials said it had a head injury that may have caused it to become disorientated and to swim too close to shore.
