FRENCH ref Jerome Garces was in no doubt Sonny Bill Williams had to be sent off. But Aussie TMO George Ayoub (left), perhaps influenced by New Zealand not having had a player sent off for 50 years, was not so sure, asking Garces pointedly to take one more look at the challenge on Anthony Watson before showing the red card.
