Takeaway boss revealed

TAKEAWAY giant Just Eat has appointed the former boss of internet site Moneysupermarket as its new chief executive.

Peter Plumb replaces interim chief executive Paul Harrison from September 18.

Harrison stepped into the top role after David Buttress resigned in February.

Plumb, 53, was chief executive of Moneysupermarket from February 2009 until May this year.

During his eight years there it bought MoneySavingExpert.com and he oversaw a sixfold increase in its share price.
