But the pictures of Prince Charles greeting a familiar-looking blonde are not quite as they seem. With her distinctive hairstyle and broad smile, Charles may have had to do a double take when he met Rachel Cooper yesterday.
The founder of yogurt producer Rachel’s Organic bears more than a passing resemblance to the Duchess of Cornwall. Prince Charles was on a visit to the company’s factory in Aberystwyth, where he opened an extension, during a four-day tour to Wales.
The pair looked to share a joke as they each put on a pair of protective blue overalls. The prince also attended a conference organised by the Sustainable Food Trust and will continue his annual summer tour with a visit to The Regimental Museum of The Royal Welsh in Brecon, Powys, today. Camilla is fulfilling engagements in London before the couple visit the West Country next week.
