Bullying bikers
I AM already dreading the Prudential bike race in London and Surrey at the end of this month. It inconveniences thousands of local people who can’t use their cars or even leave their own roads, which are closed from 7.30am to 7.30pm — outrageous.
They should relocate this wretched race well away from these residential areas or stop it altogether.
Why are cyclists so pampered and fawned over? I wouldn’t give these Lycra louts the time of day, let alone allow them to ruin two days of free movement for the rest of us at the height of summer. JEAN GODBOLD,
