SCOTLAND FACE EARLY EXIT AFTER SECOND LOSS

-

SCOTLAND need a miracle to qualify for the knockout stages after losing 2-1 to Portugal, the lowest ranked team in the Euros. It follows their horrible 6-0 hammering by England and means they must beat Spain, and hope for a huge goaldifference swing to make the latter stages. Ana Leite scored the 72nd minute winner for the Portuguese, ranked 38th in the world, 17 places behind Scotland.
