Place your left foot on the floor about 3ft in front of your right. Place both hands on your left knee. Inhale and push your left buttock forwards, stretching your right leg.

Lift both your arms, placing palms together. Drop your head back as you bend backwards. Hold position, for a count of five. Relax and repeat to the other side.
