CLARK and fellow care home workers Anita Ray and Adeshola Adediwura, described in court as ‘evil and ruthless’, were all jailed for four months last year for abusing 84-year-old Florence Maddison, a partially paralysed dementia sufferer, at the Old Deanery care home in Braintree, Essex.

The three, who admitted assault, were recorded hitting the patient during an undercover BBC Panorama expose. Mrs Maddison was seen being slapped, hit with a hairbrush and grabbed by the neck.
