Online agent’s £250m float

ESTATE agents are set for a multi-million pound share bonanza when property website On The Market goes public in a £250m flotation. The firm is gear- ing up to list on AIM later this year to raise £50m, which will be used to fund its growth. Set up in 2013, the website is currently owned by 2,700 agents.
