SO, WHO COULD LAND WHO IN TODAY’S DRAW

THE draw for the group stage takes place in Monaco this afternoon. The eight groups are made up of a team from each of the four pots. Pot 1 contains seven domestic champions of top-ranked nations plus holders Real Madrid. The remaining three pots are ranked by the clubs’ UEFA coefficient. No clubs from the same country can be drawn together in a group. The group stage kicks off on September 12 and concludes on December 6. The final is in Kiev on Saturday, May 26, 2018.
